1. Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Any request made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for orders with approved return claims (defective/damaged products).

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.

Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.
