Return,refund Policy & Cancellation Policy
The company has a return or refund policy which offer a 10-day return policy for all the products which were purchased through our website /platform and the return prducts should be new or in unused condition or unworn.
There should be no smell, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the Product. Products should be in its original condition, without any alteration, breakage or damage, Customers should provide the original Bill, packaging items & tags or Certificate of Authenticity if any.
In case the company has found that the product has been altered, resized or damaged then the company shall unable to offer the refund or exchange and same product will have to return back to the customer at the customer’s expenses.
In case the customer receive a damaged or defective product items or missing items, company should be notified within 24 hours of the receipt of parcel along with clear snap shot pictures and video clip at our customer support team. In such cases the company will also be requiring a complete unpacking video clip from all angles of the parcel to process the request of refund or exchange.
Insufficient evidence or tampering with the packet or parcel may result in your claim not being approved for refund. In all such cases, the company reserves the right to take the final decision about the refund to be processed or not..
In case you have purchased a Good Willproduct from anywhere other than the Good WillWebsite, the return & refund or exchange policies of your purchased items shall not apply.
If any shipping charges or fee paid by the customer at the time of booking or placing the order then such fee shall be not refunded in case the customer returns the damage or defective products.
Replacement or Exchange of products:
The customer can also avail replacement or exchange of any product as per requirements or availability. The conditions of exchange shall be similar and remain same as applicable to returns or refund policy. The replacement will only be processed when the initial return item has been delivered or received at our premises.
