Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within India:
The Company shall collect or receive an additional amount of Rs 80/ towards shipping fee for delivery of products for each order under the value of Rs 449/ for shipping within India.
The company shall also provide free shipping services to our customer within India for orders of Rs.449/ and above.
You agree and aware that the company seek to ship or deliver products all over India, but the company may, at its sole discretion will finalise a list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. Our shipping services Agency does not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas / PIN Codes area and may not process your orders on the Good WillPlatform in all such unserviceable areas.
The company reserve the right to charge or collect shipping fees based on the value of the Product, size and weight of the products, Type of Product, area of delivery, etc
Estimated Delivery time
All the Orders received on our platform are processed and shipped to the customer address between 3 to 7 working days depending upon the delivery city and location.
International Shipping
The company is also providing international shipping services to our website customers for which company shall charge or recover an additional shipping fee. You are aware that we do not provide/offer free shipping services on international orders and returns of products.Shipping charges will be paid extra by the customer as applicable.
Tracking your order
The customer may receive tracking information on WhatsApp, Email ID and text message as the case may be, once the order is shipped.
